This year, on 7 March, 6 June and 7 October, the AATG will be offering three evenings of entertainment - totally free for AATG Members! The idea is to bring One Act plays back onto the agenda, and we wanted to make it as accessible as possible.

First up, on 7 March, Ron Hooghiemstra is directing ‘The Tiger’ by Murray Schisgal, in which a disgruntled New York loner, Ben, abducts a bored housewife, Gloria. The second play, Edward Albee’s ‘Finding the Sun’, takes place on a New England beach, where an assortment of frustrated and precocious characters discuss their fears and insecurities in the glare of intense afternoon sunshine.
